SME Technopreneur Centre

SME Technopreneur Centre I was completed in May 2005 at a cost of RM40.7 million with 179,644 sqft of gross floor area. It is now 96% occupied. SME Technopreneur Centre II was ready in November 2007 with gross floor area of 218,851 sqft, and has a 94% occupancy rate nine months after Cyberview began taking in tenants. The GDV of SME II is RM27.5 million.

Both buildings were built by Cyberview in line with the Government's call to provide office space to SMEs at competitive and affordable rental rates. The intention is also to provide a feasible place to conduct businesses and operations and to meet demands for smaller office space.
